Back in college, while many were busy researching dream companies, I was figuring out what came next—because corporate life wasn’t for me. I enjoyed the flexibility, variety, and laid-back atmosphere of my retail jobs during school. Though I never ventured into the corporate world, a few experiences reaffirmed it wasn’t my path.

Over the years, through several moves for my husband’s job, raising kids, and exploring various businesses, I kept returning to admin work. It became clear I had a knack for stepping into chaos, taming it, and creating streamlined systems. I focused on improving customer outcomes while freeing up business owners to focus on what they do best. I thrived on designing processes that worked smarter, not harder—though back then, I didn’t realize this skillset had a name.

Now, with nearly 16 years of administrative experience, I’m dedicated to helping business owners like you find more ease and flow in what you do best.
